YOUR BOUTIQUE YOGA STUDIO AT HALLWYLPLATZ, ZURICH.

By continuing to access the Liora Lilienfeld Yoga studio or website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with the privacy policy, govern Liora Lilienfeld Yoga’s relationship with you in relation to the website and studio. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website/studio. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check our website for changes. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

Unless otherwise indicated, Liora Lilienfeld Yoga owns all copyright of the material on the Website. All registered or unregistered trademarks used on the Website are the property of their respective owners.

All copyright, data, text, software, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, photographs, and other intellectual property (Content) on the Website is owned, controlled by, or licensed to Liora Lilienfeld Yoga. Except for viewing the content for your own personal non-commercial use, Liora Lilienfeld Yoga does not grant you any rights to use the Website or content for any other purpose unless it expressly consents in writing.

STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read through the terms and conditions on our website fully before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Liora Lilienfeld Yoga, Hallwylstrasse 64, 8004 Zurich, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the Liora Lilienfeld Yoga website lioralilienfeld.com. 

  • While we endeavour to deliver all our classes on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without personal notice. 
  • Please note that changes within the timetable or in the offering are possible. Please note that refunds are not possible due to a change on the timetable.
  • Teachers are subject to change without notice.
  • Liora Lilienfeld Yoga is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
  • Late entry will not be permitted.
  • Liora Lilienfeld Yoga is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.
  • You will follow all instructions given to you by Liora Lilienfeld Yoga teachers or guest teachers and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury. 
  • Liora Lilienfeld Yoga is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending the studio.
  • Class cancellations can be made via email up to 24 hours prior to your class start time without penalty. Any non-cancellations, no show or absent will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 24 hours of class start time, you will be charged for the class.
  • Liora Lillienfeld Yoga has the right to refuse entry at anytime.
  • Bookings are to be made via the website or at the studio.
  • Payment needs to be made upon booking. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.
  • You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga exercises.
  • Classes at Liora Lilienfeld Yoga may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
  • By booking into a class you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.

PRICING

  • All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and all transactions are processed in Swiss Francs (CHF).
  • All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
  • Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.
  • Unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
  • We reserve the right to amend prices and printing errors.
  • Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
  • Liora Lilienfeld Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services, workshops or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.

INTRO CLASS

  • Your intro class is only available on your first visit to the studio.
  • Clients found to be buying the Intro offer more than once will be suspended and charged any additional class costs they may have incurred.

CLASS PASSES

  • None of the class passes or monthly passes can be refunded. In case of an accident I am happy to refund your pass if you can show a doctor’s attest.
  • 10 class passes are valid for 6 months after first use only.
  •  All class passes have to be paid in cash on the spot or by payment slip within 10 days after the date of billing.
  • The class pass is personal and it is not possible to transfer a class pass to someone else. Also, passes can not be shared.
  • Any non-cancellations, no show or absent will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 30 minutes of class start time, you will be charged for the class.
  • The class passes and memberships exclude attendance at guest teachers’ classes and workshops.

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS

  • Unlimited Memberships are a one off upfront payment.
  • Liora Lilienfeld Yoga does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions on 1, 3, 6 month unlimited memberships for change of mind, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final. In case of an accident, injury or illness I am happy to refund your pass if you can show a doctor’s attest.
  • Memberships cannot be shared.
  • The class passes and memberships exclude attendance at guest teachers’ classes and workshops.

PRIVATE YOGA COACHING CLASSES

  • If you book a private yoga coaching class, please be aware that if you cancel less then 24 hours before the class, you have to pay the full class price.
  • 10 class passes are valid for 3 months after the first private yoga coaching class.
  • Single Private Yoga Coachings have to be paid in cash on the spot. If you purchase a 10 class pass, it can also be paid by payment slip within 10 days after the date of billing.
  • The private yoga coaching class pass is personal and it is not possible to transfer it to someone else. Also, this pass can not be shared.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift Cards can be used to for yoga classes at Liora Lilienfeld (excluding workshops).
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
  • Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift Cards are not transferable.
  • We accept no responsibility if a card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
  • Gift Cards may be purchased online or in the studio. 

WORKSHOPS AND EVENTS

  • Sign up’s for a workshop or an event are binding. Generally Liora Lilienfeld Yoga does not offer refunds or credits on workshops. All purchases are final. A refund is only possible if you are injured or ill until 5 days before the workshop takes place and you show a doctor’s attest.
  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your workshop / event ticket into another persons name by calling or emailing Liora Lilienfeld Yoga at least 4 hours before start of workshop.
  • Payment needs to be made upon booking.
  • Please arrive at least 5 mins before the scheduled start time of the workshop / event. Doors will closed 2 mins before the start time. Late entry to workshops / events will not be permitted.  Latecomers will be considered a no show and you will be charged.
  • Any no show or absence will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked workshop you will be charged.

INTRO CLASS

  • Your intro class is only available on your first visit to the studio.
  • Clients found to be buying the Intro offer more than once will be suspended and charged any additional class costs they may have incurred.

ONLINE SHOP & DELIVERY

  • The purchaser orders by sending off our online order form. Liora Lilienfeld Yoga then recognizes your order and delivers the goods. You will receive an e-mail that confirms your purchase as soon as you have completed ordering online. Every single shipment will be delivered to the shipping address chosen by the purchaser. Once we have received an order, the goods will be prepared for delivery within one week. The shipment will be sent by the Swiss Post. Purchasers may normally expect the goods to be delivered in 14 days. In case of general unavailability of an article, we reserve the rights to not deliver it. If so we will naturally inform you immediately.
  • There is no right to return products which were bought through our online shop. 
  • There is no shipment of goods outside of Switzerland.

PRIVACY

  • Any personal information we ask you to give us are needed for business purposes only. They will be saved considering the data protection regulations. We take for granted to treat all personal information as confidential. We will never pass any personal information to unauthorized third parties and will at any time protect them from unauthorized access.
